Integrated Control System

Monitoring and Inspection

Using sticky and pheromone traps, the intensity of insect infestation, the location or site of infection, and the type of pests stuck to the traps are monitored to develop an appropriate control program for them

Measurement

Measurement is a continuous process to measure the extent of actual or apparent infection, and based on the measurement results, the size of the infection, type of infection, and efficiency curve of the control program are determined

Control

Based on the preliminary inspection, a pre-emptive therapeutic and preventive program has been established for integrated control of target pests. The situation may require modifying the control program to a preventive program in light of new developments and according to continuous monitoring

Follow-up and Recording

Data is documented during each service with follow-up in case of actual or apparent infestation, and records are kept in a site file. Immediate recording of infestations is done with electronic follow-up

Corrective Actions

Based on monitoring the implementation of the control program and in case of any disruption such as inefficiency of the materials used, emergence of resistance in pests, or errors in implementation, corrective actions will be required in the service program to achieve the expected results

CFM Pest Control is considered one of the leading companies in this field, using the best types of global pesticides that are harmless to public health according to World Health Organization standards and ISO 22000, YUM, and BRC specifications.

Additionally, all pest control operations are carried out by agricultural engineers and technicians with the highest levels of experience and competence.

Integrated Pest and Rodent Control Services Program

Flying Insects Control

Eliminating insects in their breeding and living places using manual sprayers (direct treatment program) by using fast-acting pesticides and residual-effect pesticides. Pesticides are used externally at the breeding source and as coatings on external walls. Air curtains must be used at all office entrances and exits, along with adhesive light traps

Crawling Insects Control

The following treatments include

indoor areas and outdoor infestation areas

1. Focused spraying for crawling insects and their activity/breeding areas using the latest safe pesticides approved by the Egyptian and international Ministry of Health with (IPM) programs

2. Follow-up is conducted around all buildings for ant control, and the work plan is established after contracting2. Follow-up is conducted around all buildings for ant control, and the work plan is established after contracting

3. Using gel compounds, which are the latest methods for cockroach control without using chemical pesticides with residual effects

Rodent Control

They are among the most dangerous pests to public health and to the facility and its properties, accounting for the highest loss rate in facilities which reaches over 50%, especially in warehouses and food storage areas. They are eliminated by following the program below

• Adhesive and mechanical traps• Bait stations as first line of defense outside the facility plus additional defense lines inside the facility • Dusting in rodent pathways • Periodic follow-up to renew baits to ensure effectiveness • Proper immediate disposal of dead rodents and burial according to WHO recommendations and Egyptian Ministry of Health guidelines

Services Registration File

Technicians record the services performed in the periodic visit card, and the site manager or their representative must sign off on the service performance and follow up on the notes recorded by the responsible person, deputy, or control supervisor
